Mumbai Pride – A shot in the arm

Check out this short clip by Daily Xtra. About 5,000 people marched in Mumbai Pride 2014 on Feb 1. The Indian Supreme Court thought they could silence us, instead, as Ashok Rao Kavi said “It was a shot in the arm”, bringing thousands of supporters together and showing India that we are not a marginal representation of Indian society but a force to reckon with.
