As we eagerly await the the sophomore season of the Netflix series “Orange Is The New Black“(arriving on June 6), take a look at this week’s gorgeous TIME magazine cover. The “Orange is the New Black” star, who plays Sophia, stands beautiful and tall on this week’s cover as she discusses equal rights for the trans community and ways to achieve happiness in life. It’s also her birthday and she notes on her Facebook wall that we are at the “tipping point in our nation’s history where it is no longer acceptable for trans lives to be stigmatized, ridiculed, criminalized and disregarded”. What a great day!
