“Just let me touch it.” Ranveer Singh describes his early experience being the target of a small-time casting director in Andheri who was more interested in Ranveer’s body than the modeling portfolio the young actor had put together for his interview.

In a candid interview on NDTV, the actor says that its an open secret in the Bollywood film industry that exploitation and trading sexual favors for acting roles is common and affects both women and men. When Ranveer rejected the agent’s advances and left, he later found out he was one of many young talents who’d been targeted. “He does it to everyone” a fellow actor told him. “Its a very real thing that happens.
